Open Competition & Shows

The Open Competitions & Shows are a long standing event for the public to showcase their goods and animals.

The fair was founded over 150 years ago to showcase the county’s agricultural products and livestock

Shows exist for cattle, swine, sheep, goats, poultry, rabbits & guinea pigs

Choose St. Francois County on site – All entries due July 17, 2026.

Any person can show in these shows as long as proper entry has been made as stated in the rules.
