Vendor Application

Cost:
Craft Vendor Outdoor 10×10 $75/day
Commercial Vendor Outdoor 10×10 $250.00 for all 3 days
Food Truck $100/day
Craft/Commercial Vendor Electric $10 for all days

General Info:
Craft and Commercial Vendors, please list the types of products you are selling and if you need electric or other special needs (we have limited electric spots available). After spaces are assigned to the vendor, the vendor is not allowed to move without permission. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Vendors are also not allowed to sell their space to other vendors. Please keep in mind that this event is an outdoor event and there will be NO REFUNDS issued for any problems of which the Fair Board Committee is not responsible for. The Fair Board Committee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time as well as reserves the right to ask you to remove the items that are not in good taste or are not listed on your application.
No food or drink may be sold or samples dispensed by the vendor. No smoking/no open flames/no music. No unattended children. We do not provide or rent tables or chairs. St. Francois County Fairgrounds or The Fair Board Committee are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Identification Tags:
All exhibitors will be issued (4) identification tags which must be displayed to gain entry.

Set-up & Parking:

Hours the fair runs:

Thursday – gate opens at 4pm – 10pm

Friday – gate opens at 2pm – 10pm

Saturday – gate opens at 12pm – 10pm

*This is your business you can run it as many hours as you want.* I provide the hours for you to

see when the gate is open and things start closing down around 10pm every evening.

Vendors may park near the setup location during unloading and loading, once you are unloaded you must move your vehicle to the designated parking area.

Application:
Applications must be completely filled out. You must sign and date the application or it will not be accepted.
